In alignment with statutory requirements to implement robust technical and organizational measures, all data transfers in transit are secured via SSL/TLS encryption. Application databases are subject to active encryption protocols at rest.

The web app manager and native iOS/Android builds routinely undergo rigorous automated and manual vulnerability testing, system activity history logs validation checks, and defensive security breach penetration evaluations.
3. How We Use and Share Information
We use your data pipelines strictly to run the Platform's core functionalities:
- To enable building managers and caretakers to authenticate residents and track building security registers.
- To dispatch push notifications regarding immediate building updates or marketplace messages.
3.1 Third-Party Disclosures
We pass localized latitude/longitude coordinate parameters to third parties via API integrations (e.g., Google Maps, OpenWeather) solely to supply real-time weather alerts and mapping interfaces. We never sell, rent, or commercialize your personal data or building records to third-party marketing brokers.
4. Automated Decision-Making (ADM) Transparency
In compliance with current transparency requirements under APP 1, we explicitly declare that the Platform utilizes localized automated logic to assist operational workflows. This includes loops such as automatically routing a service ticket category directly to a specific preset category of contractor based on building selection, or routing automated push alerts to residents when emergency maintenance paths are toggled.
The Platform does not utilize fully autonomous profiling or predictive AI systems to make high-impact legal decisions affecting residents.
5. Data Deletion and Access Requests
Under the APPs, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you or request its erasure. When an individual marks themselves as "moved out," records are archived or permanently de-identified according to the instructions of the contracting building management corporation.
